We are a multidisciplinary team led by Dr. Sabrina D. Volpone at the University of Colorado Boulder.

Our work is dedicated to pioneering research on diversity management and identity management with a focus on examining these topics as they relate to the workplace experiences of traditionally under-represented employees.

We use both qualitative and quantitative methods to study how organizations manage their diverse workforces and how employees manage their identities for improved workplace outcomes.
